| Kerr Farms Ltd. is a large family-run organic farm with a proud agricultural history dating back to 1934. The farm is located near Chatham, Ontario and is now operated by Bob and Moira Kerr, the fourth generation of Kerr family farmers. They grow organic vegetables and have become the largest organic grower of sauce tomatoes in Canada. Bob Kerr is a cattleman at heart and is a past president of the Ontario Cattleman’s Association. |

| Amos Brielmann - Pine River Ranch |

| Amos Brielmann and his family operate a certified organic ranch with a 600 Angus beef cow herd in the Rainy River District in North Western Ontario. Amos has a degree in agriculture from the Agriculture Institute of Westfalen-Lippe in Germany and serves on the board of Beef Improvement Ontario. Pine River ranch recently won the Premier’s Award for their Environmental Stewardship efforts. |

| Stefan Oellinger grew up on an organic farm near Paincourt, close to Chatham, Ontario. He graduated with an honours degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University in 2002. Stefan brings his education and agricultural experience to his role as the general manager of the business. |

| Eugene Miniota has over 30 years experience in the food industry. For the last 16 years he has operated Treeline Foods, a Toronto-based wholesale meat distributor specializing in premium quality meats. Supplying to discerning butchers and restaurants, Treeline Foods is an avid promoter of Ontario products. |
